I appreciate all the hard work and patience Platinum Roofing went through with us. We've had problems since the storm in August and finally have all of them solved. This included leaks in significant areas resulting in the need for reconstructing of a valley that was causing them, as well as fixing issues with the chimney that needed repair. I live in Lee County, GA and my interactions with Paul and Travis was great! Always responsive and answered all questions. Work was done in the time frame promised and looks to be an great job. The only negative is - and don't get me wrong here, I am an early riser and like to get started early everyday. But some people may not like the hammering on the roof at 6:40am in with no warning. Also, I spoke to the Mexican workers several time throughout the day, not sure if they speak English, but I got not even a hello! Roof looks good, and I would recommend Platinum for sure!
