They assisted with a challenging recovery at a three-story historic building, where the height and difficult access required extra care. I truly appreciate their willingness to help.They arrived exactly when promised and were courteous, efficient, and professional throughout the visit. Despite the heat and challenging conditions, they remained attentive and helpful. Their professionalism extended to providing photographs documenting their assistance, which I especially appreciated.Their dependable follow-through and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Quick thorough and competitive

Platinum Roofing is an exceptionally professional and friendly group. Enjoyed working with them from the estimate, through scheduling, and during the roof installation. The installation team were great…again very friendly and hard working.

Ahhhhh hurricane season is upon us. Have you been deferring your roof replacement after our mulligan last fall? Getting a roof is expensive, seriously. Please strongly consider Platinum roofing in Valdosta. The warranty is tiered, and after the blanket window expires, it's pro-rated. All roof replacements have a ridge vent included. They will remove your roof vent, that is probably build standard and is on the side of your roof. This allows hot air to cycle out of the top of your house. Look around. They're not standard in all builds. It looks like an extra slab of shingles on your ridge. It's superior to what you have because it covers more square footage on your roof.I got a consult from Cody, and then discussed in great detail about the options and what was standard. They offer 3 tiers of shingles to purchase which a total of 37 color variations.Once the replacement starts, they have a QC person on site, John(?). Finally they do a final walk through after the replacement. My visit was from Josh. Great guy, and he discussed some of the post install details like the new style vent pipe that is superior to standard that is put in current house builds. Do your research, but if you are looking for a clean, efficient, professional roofing job, these are your folks.

I would definitely recommended platinum Roofing company again..Brooks Best came out and gave me a very fair quote on the job..And guys that replaced the roof did a outstanding job..Definitely very pleased with this Roofing company.If I could gave them more than a 5 star I most definitely would..Awesome group of guys...

Great Company to work with. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. Installation of the roof on both my home and separated garage was completed in one day. Asking the team did a really good job of clean up and removal of all the waste created. Couldn’t even tell they had been there other than we had a new awesome looking roof.

Very pleased with the work, the customer service and my overall experience. The rain had them backed up a few jobs but once they were available they came and did my roof over the weekend. A new metal roof in just two days!

I've been working with Jeremy for a year to get a new roof and the time finally came! Jeremy walked me through everything more than once, helped me with estimates and came to my house to discuss the process. His communication is also top notch. He was absolutely the best! The roof is wonderful, the workers were very efficient, cleaned up everything and even put outdoor furniture back in place . I'm a very happy customer!

We were having the hardest time finding a company that would show up or even respond to us needing our roof replaced after Hurricane Helene. Almost 2 years later, we were still struggling until I rode past a platinum roofing truck on the side of the road one morning. I sent a message on their website and had an immediate phone call from them. The company and Jeremy was easy to work with and extremely professional. Not even two weeks after initial contact we now have a new roof! Thank you to the whole team at Platinum Roofing. Just had them install a metal roof. They walked me through the whole process professionally and worked with my hectic schedule. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. Heck, even the financing options kind of blew my mind. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will used them for any other roofing work I need in the future.

John Thompson and Platinum Roofing came to our house promptly after there was a small leak around a vent and repaired the leak. He also trimmed a couple of limbs that were hanging over the roof which we greatly appreciated. We will always call Platinum Roofing for our roofing needs! Platinum replaced the roof five months ago, and the crew were great! And the roof looks great too!!!

Platinum Roofing has been a great service provider for me when I experienced roof damage from Hurricane Helene. Cody Tucker was the representative I worked with and he was always patient and took time to answer my questions. He also noted that my original roof did not adequate ventilation and made sure to address that with the new roof. I got a great deal for the quality I received, because trust me, I was shopping around to compare prices and work quality. He was even helpful in navigating the complex home insurance claim process to ensure the best possible outcome. The roofers came out and did a full replacement in one day. They picked up after themselves and made it right when a small mistake was made. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing!
