Jeremy Kindoll and Platinum Roofing did a great job on my new roof. Kindoll explained all options, upgrades, costs, shingle choices, suggested shingle color (which matched up great), and gave a very reasonable bid. Recommend highly.

Doing business with Platinum Roofing has been extremely pleasant. Paul came out and inspected our damaged roof and sent us an estimate the same day. We obtained a couple of other estimates, but felt like Platinum Roofing was the best choice and the best price for what we wanted. The crew was able to replace our roof within 20 hours. The entire process from start to finish took less than 3 weeks. They did an amazing job and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone.

Platinum Roofing has been AMAZING working with us. We had roof damage from a storm months ago. They helped us deal with insurance and provided super quick service with a very nice new roof. We've even had issues with the mortgage company and the USPS just trying to get payment approved and a check lost in the mail. Parker and everyone else at Platinum Roofing have been extremely kind and understanding while we got it all sorted out. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a new roof. It looks incredible. Oh and they did it all in 1 day and left virtually no mess at all. Fast, professional, and quality work🙂 Thank you for making a headache of an ordeal as easy as possible for us!

I appreciate all the hard work and patience Platinum Roofing went through with us. We've had problems since the storm in August and finally have all of them solved. This included leaks in significant areas resulting in the need for reconstructing of a valley that was causing them, as well as fixing issues with the chimney that needed repair. We were also out of the country during the install and were able to communicate with ease about the things needed on our property as they worked to complete. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Platinum Roofing!

We were very pleased with Platinum Roofing. I called on a Saturday morning after we experienced a heavy rain and discovered water damage on the ceiling. A friend recommended Platinum, so I called on a Saturday. I received a call back within a couple of hours, and on Sunday afternoon the roofing specialist, Paul, called to schedule an inspection. He came on Monday and quickly found what we believe to be the issue, chimney flashing and missing caulking. They could not do the repair for us, but made recommendations. I was really impressed with the communication and scheduling process. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

I recently had some damage to my roof and called several places to get someone to come out to give me an estimate, Jeremy at Platinum was the only one that followed through with showing up and giving the best customer service. Jeremy was very quick to come out and give me an estimate, giving me several options to choose from, and helping me understand how the insurance process would work. I had my roof picked out and the process started within a week. I was very impressed when Jeremy called and told me the day they would deliver the products and that they would be there the following day to install, he was true to his word and I am more than pleased! The roofers were very pleasant and took extra precautions in making sure that everything was cleaned up and put back into place when they finished. Platinum Roofing is by far the best Roofing Company in this area. This was a replacement roof for our Home of twenty years. From the first communication to the completion of the roof, Hunter and Parker were great. They both worked hard not only to provide us with excellent service but peace of mind as well. We are very grateful for that and the work they provided. Hunter came to our home and meet with us the morning the job began, explaining the process and answering any questions and concerns we had. Their employees were very respectful and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. Parker came by around noon to make sure everything was to our liking. Upon completion of the job, both Hunter and Parker followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. We are very satisfied with our new roof and very glad we chose Platinum Roofing. We recently hired Platinum Roofing after a hailstorm in Dothan AL. We thought we had no reason to even bother getting an inspection as all looked intact and without flaw from the ground. Our Platinum representative Shawn came out and offered a free inspection. He showed us multiple photos and explained the damage in detail. Shawn was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He walked us through the insurance claim process (our first claim ever!), showed up to assist with the adjustor, and was communicative, kind, and thorough with every detail and question we might have had!
