Very reputable company Jason was very easy to work with on getting me a roof and he explained thing very well make me feel good about choosing them, I they can and had me a new roof in one day, they clean up very well, the crew that came did the roof were very nice and explained what was gone happen and the process, I would highly recommend them if your looking for a roof company

Jasper with Platinum Roofing did a fantastic job helping us get our roof replaced after a hail storm.there were over 14 homes in our neighborhood affected . Ours was replaced quickly and no hassle . Jasper was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the process. Jasper was with the whole time during installation. We are so happy with Jasper we have told all of our neighbors about Platinum Roofing . Highly recommend.

He was very thorough on what each package had to offer as well as having samples of the materials they would use and an array of architectural shingle color choices. Elizabeth, customer service, contacted me a few days later with scheduling for my materials delivery and the start of my roof installation. Josh Stubbs, project manager, and an A+ crew showed up at daybreak and completed my installation, including cleaning up ALL debris, by 5 pm. Very professional in every aspect. Thanks!!

From the first consultation to the roof install, I was very impressed with Platinum Roofing. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the various products and the associated warranties and helped me select the best options for my home. Josh took care of the install and made sure to cover all the details. We have been pleased with this company and highly recommend them. UPDATE! Just wanted to add that Platinum Roofing will stand behind their guarantees. After a very small problem, they had a crew out the next day to handle it. In this world of so many not following through with things, it was refreshing to see someone so diligent in making sure we were satisfied!

Excellent service and work. From start to finish I was kept in the loop and updated by Cody Tucker. Both Cody and Parker Hoes were great at answering any questions I had. To finish up, Josh Stubbs walked the property with me to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Great team and would definitely recommend.

Platinum Roofing in Valdosta, Georgia helped us recover from Hurricane Helene and did a nice job untangling the mess it made of our roof and gutters. Our roof and gutter system is somewhat unconventional. At one point, I was really not happy with some choices they had made. They responded 100% to my concerns, which to me is the ultimate test of a professional. They have a dedicated quality control person assigned to each job. Get to know him! He is your primary interface to satisfaction. He helped me fill out their QC form that described what I was unhappy about. I made the effort to communicate my concerns clearly on the form. (Help him help you.) Some of my concerns required a great deal of effort on their part to realign with my desires. They didn't complain. In the end, I went from a worried customer, to an elated customer.

Platinum Roofing was amazing. I truly have nothing bad to say about the entire process from start to finish. The crew showed up at day break and was completely packed up and gone shortly after lunch. They had someone on site the whole time to keep me informed on everything which I loved and left nothing for me to clean up. Couldn't have been more seemless and I have a great quality, beautiful new roof.
