Contacted this company to come out and give a quote on replacing my roof. I was blessed to get Jeremy as the guy this company sent out. Jeremy couldn’t have been nicer, or more respectful. He was very professional, and a great , help answering all my questions. Explained in detail what I needed and the process. Platinum roofing is really blessed to have an asset like Jeremy on their team . I would recommend this company for all roofing needs. Thank you again, Jeremy , for your assistance. Very pleased with the work, the customer service and my overall experience. The rain had them backed up a few jobs but once they were available they came and did my roof over the weekend. A new metal roof in just two days!

Brooks Best was a pleasure to work with. Project was started by another company that soon realized they were over their head. All options were discussed and a plan was agreed upon. New roof was completed quickly and without issue. Would highly recommend.

I've been working with Jeremy for a year to get a new roof and the time finally came! Jeremy walked me through everything more than once, helped me with estimates and came to my house to discuss the process. His communication is also top notch. He was absolutely the best! The roof is wonderful, the workers were very efficient, cleaned up everything and even put outdoor furniture back in place . I'm a very happy customer!

We were having the hardest time finding a company that would show up or even respond to us needing our roof replaced after Hurricane Helene. Almost 2 years later, we were still struggling until I rode past a platinum roofing truck on the side of the road one morning. I sent a message on their website and had an immediate phone call from them. The company and Jeremy was easy to work with and extremely professional. Not even two weeks after initial contact we now have a new roof! Thank you to the whole team at Platinum Roofing. Just had them install a metal roof. They walked me through the whole process professionally and worked with my hectic schedule. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. Heck, even the financing options kind of blew my mind. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will used them for any other roofing work I need in the future.

John Thompson and Platinum Roofing came to our house promptly after there was a small leak around a vent and repaired the leak. He also trimmed a couple of limbs that were hanging over the roof which we greatly appreciated. We will always call Platinum Roofing for our roofing needs! Platinum replaced the roof five months ago, and the crew were great! And the roof looks great too!!!

That last wind storm did a number on our house. In a moments notice Mr. David Teel showed up ready to tackle the problem. A adequate assessment and in a timely manner he was done. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. Would highly recommend this company above all others.

Platinum Roofing has been a great service provider for me when I experienced roof damage from Hurricane Helene. Cody Tucker was the representative I worked with and he was always patient and took time to answer my questions. He also noted that my original roof did not adequate ventilation and made sure to address that with the new roof. I got a great deal for the quality I received, because trust me, I was shopping around to compare prices and work quality. He was even helpful in navigating the complex home insurance claim process to ensure the best possible outcome. The roofers came out and did a full replacement in one day. They picked up after themselves and made it right when a small mistake was made. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing!

Entire process was great from inspection, quote to roof replacement. Replacement team showed up early and they were done in one day while performing outstanding work from removal, replacement and clean-up!

Jasper with Platinum Roofing did a fantastic job helping us get our roof replaced after a hail storm.there were over 14 homes in our neighborhood affected . Ours was replaced quickly and no hassle . Jasper was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the process. Jasper was with the whole time during installation. We are so happy with Jasper we have told all of our neighbors about Platinum Roofing . Highly recommend.

He was very thorough on what each package had to offer as well as having samples of the materials they would use and an array of architectural shingle color choices. Elizabeth, customer service, contacted me a few days later with scheduling for my materials delivery and the start of my roof installation. From the first consultation to the roof install, I was very impressed with Platinum Roofing. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the various products and the associated warranties and helped me select the best options for my home. Josh took care of the install and made sure to cover all the details. We have been pleased with this company and highly recommend them. UPDATE! Just wanted to add that Platinum Roofing will stand behind their guarantees. After a very small problem, they had a crew out the next day to handle it. In this world of so many not following through with things, it was refreshing to see someone so diligent in making sure we were satisfied!
